We offer psychological services including individual therapy, group therapy and assessments.  Our services are provided within a safe and welcoming environment that meet the needs of our clientele.  

We serve children, adolescents, adults and families experiencing various emotional, behavioral and mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, stress, panic, trauma and other challenges.  Our mental health professionals are also trained to address the needs of individuals from historically marginalized and underserved communities. 

Our goal as a 501(c)(3) non-profit is to make mental health care affordable for the community.  For clients who are underinsured or have no mental health benefits, we offer sliding scale rates.  Please contact us to inquire about session rates for clients paying out of pocket and not using insurance.

Session fees for clients choosing to utilize their insurance benefits are determined by the insurance carrier.  Please check with your insurance provider regarding in-network and out-of-network benefits, deductibles, and copay costs for mental health services. 

At this time, all sessions are conducted virtually through a secure HIPAA complaint video platform.  In-person services will be offered in the near future.  Please contact us for more information.
